Acceptable Use Policy

Atelune is built for designers, brands, and creators. To keep the platform useful for everyone, the following are prohibited.

You may not

• Generate content that sexualises minors, in any form.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery of identifiable people, including celebrities and private individuals.
• Impersonate real people in a way intended to deceive or defraud.
• Generate content that incites violence, terrorism, or genocide.
• Produce hate-based content targeting people by race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass safety systems.
• Use the service to spam, phish, or distribute malware.
• Resell raw API access to third parties without written permission.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund. Serious violations are reported to the appropriate authorities.
