These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Atelune. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Atelune (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of what you upload and generate. You grant Atelune a limited license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for the legality and rights of the content you input.

Acceptable use

Don't use Atelune to create content that infringes others' rights, depicts minors in any sexual context, or violates applicable law. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Billing & credits

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Credits are consumed per generation according to the posted rate. Unused credits roll over for 30 days. Cancel from your dashboard at any time.

Disclaimers

Atelune is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated output will be fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelune's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Atelune's registered place of business.
