Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access (and any remaining credits) until then.

Refund eligibility

Because credits are consumed instantly on use, we generally do not issue refunds for credits already spent. We will refund within 14 days of payment if:

• You did not consume any credits in the billing period.
• A platform-side error prevented you from using the service.
• You are required by consumer law (e.g. EU 14-day cooling-off period for first-time signups).

How to request

Email hello@atelune.ai with your account email and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
