Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload and content generated from your prompts and references, subject to the rights of any third parties whose IP appears in the inputs.

Licensing for service operation

You grant Atelune a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and the people you share it with.

Use of your content for model training

We do not use your generated content to train third-party foundation models. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve product quality.

Reference inputs

When you upload references, you confirm you have the rights to use them. Atelune is not responsible for content that infringes third-party rights, but we will respond to valid takedown requests under our DMCA Policy.

Deletion

You can delete content at any time from the dashboard. Deleted content is purged from backups within 30 days.
