What we collect

• Account data — email, name, and password hash you provide at sign-up.
• Content you create — images, prompts, and metadata you generate or upload.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and aggregate performance metrics.
• Billing data — handled by our payments processor; we never see your card details.

How we use it

To operate the service, communicate transactional updates, improve product quality, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your generated content to train third-party models.

Data retention

Your content is retained while your account is active. You can delete content at any time. On account deletion we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. invoices for tax records).

Email us at hello@atelune.ai for access, export, correction, or deletion. Residents of the EU/UK have rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.
